By accessing or using WebhookLane (the "Service"), operated by Kugie ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

WebhookLane is a webhook routing and delivery platform that allows you to receive webhook events from third-party services, transform their payloads, and deliver them to configured destinations. The Service includes the web dashboard, APIs, ingest URLs, and all related infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to relay webhook data that contains illegal content or violates third-party rights

5. Webhook Data

You retain ownership of all webhook data processed through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to receive, store, transform, and forward your webhook data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not access your webhook data for any purpose other than operating the Service, unless required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

7. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Rate Limits and Quotas

Each plan includes specific event limits and feature quotas. If you exceed your plan's limits, we may throttle or queue incoming events. We will notify you when you approach your limits and provide the option to upgrade.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your webhook data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebhookLane and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that webhook delivery will always succeed.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebhookLane and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kugie is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
